
2019年5月23日,廣州飛機(jī)維修工程有限公司(GAMECO)舉行了三期機(jī)庫(kù)開工奠基,該工程預(yù)計(jì)將在2021年12月竣工。

南航集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)、黨組書記王昌順發(fā)表講話,他提到GAMECO是南航機(jī)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的“排頭兵”和中堅(jiān)力量,為南航的安全運(yùn)行、提質(zhì)增效和服務(wù)提升做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。南航集團(tuán)一直高度重視和支持GAMECO發(fā)展,今天開工的三期機(jī)庫(kù)將更好地保障南航安全運(yùn)行,同時(shí)為拓展第三方業(yè)務(wù)、做強(qiáng)做大做優(yōu)機(jī)務(wù)維修產(chǎn)業(yè),奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

GAMECO副董事長(zhǎng)杜志強(qiáng)先生回顧了GAMECO成長(zhǎng)歷程,他表示非常榮幸見證了GAMECO 的每一個(gè)重要進(jìn)步,也始終對(duì)中國(guó)民航維修行業(yè)、對(duì)公司的發(fā)展前景充滿著信心。隨著國(guó)家進(jìn)一步深化對(duì)外開放,尤其是“一帶一路”倡議的扎實(shí)推進(jìn),我們不但可以吸引更多的國(guó)際維修業(yè)務(wù)到這里來(lái),未來(lái)我們還會(huì)有更好的機(jī)會(huì)走出去,把我們的維修站點(diǎn)開設(shè)到國(guó)外去,成為一個(gè)真正的國(guó)際化企業(yè)。

GAMECO總經(jīng)理Norbert Marx發(fā)表了講話。他說(shuō):GAMECO已先后成立了重慶(航線)、清遠(yuǎn)(起落架大修)、澳大利亞(航線)、新西蘭(航線)分公司,開設(shè)了深圳、汕頭異地C檢生產(chǎn)線,成立了零部件制造中心,維修布局更加完善;三期機(jī)庫(kù)的建成,將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)GAMECO未來(lái)在維修行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)地位和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
三期機(jī)庫(kù)落成后,GAMECO定檢生產(chǎn)線總?cè)萘繉哪壳暗?0條增加至31條,將有效緩解GAMECO機(jī)體大修業(yè)務(wù)寬體維修機(jī)位不足的發(fā)展瓶頸,可為南航飛機(jī)定檢提供更加充足的生產(chǎn)空間、實(shí)現(xiàn)更加靈活的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,并為“客改貨”項(xiàng)目提供了設(shè)施上的保障。機(jī)庫(kù)投入使用后,有望帶動(dòng)航線維修、附件修理、復(fù)合材料修理、起落架大修、飛機(jī)零部件制造等業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,為南航機(jī)隊(duì)規(guī)模的快速增長(zhǎng)提供有力的保障,同時(shí)也使GAMECO有更大的產(chǎn)能空間承接國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)外第三方業(yè)務(wù)。

同時(shí)也將為廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)帶來(lái)新的就業(yè)崗位和新增稅收,還可能產(chǎn)生聚集效應(yīng),帶動(dòng)飛機(jī)維修及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)向區(qū)內(nèi)集群,推動(dòng)廣州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)向打造全球飛機(jī)維修產(chǎn)業(yè)中心的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)。
三期機(jī)庫(kù)位于GAMECO一期機(jī)庫(kù)北側(cè),工程總投資費(fèi)用約為8.86億元人民幣,其中機(jī)庫(kù)建筑面積約9.85萬(wàn)平方米,可停放6架寬體飛機(jī)和5架窄體飛機(jī), 可同時(shí)容納A380和B777-300ER飛機(jī)進(jìn)行深度維修;清洗/試車/維修機(jī)坪面積約5.9萬(wàn)㎡。

On May 23rd 2019, GAMECO hosted the groundbreaking event for the Phase III Hangar and construction will last till December 2021.
Mr. Wang Changshun, chairman of CSN Group, delivered a speech. He mentioned that GAMECO, as the “pacemaker” and backbone of CSN’s M&E System, has made major contributions to CSN's safe operation, quality and efficiency improvement and service promotion. CSN Group always attaches great importance and provides support to the development of GAMECO. The Phase III Hangar will better ensure the safe operation of CSN and lay a solid foundation for further exploring third-party business and expanding the aircraft maintenance industry.
Looking back at the development of GAMECO, Mr. Simon To, the Deputy Chairman of GAMECO expressed his honor to witness every important progress of it, and he said he is always full of confidence in the civil aviation maintenance industry in China and the development prospects of GAMECO. As China deepens its opening up, especially the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, we can not only attract more international maintenance business, but also have better chance to go abroad and set foreign maintenance stations in the future and become an international MRO.#
At the groundbreaking event, Mr. Norbert Marx, the General Manager of GAMECO, introduced that GAMECO has successively established branches for line maintenance in Chongqing, Australia and New Zealand as well as for landing gear overhaul in Qingyuan, set up C Check production lines in Shenzhen and Shantou and built up Parts Manufacturing Center (PMC) to improve GAMECO’s maintenance layout. “The completion of Phase III Hangar will further strengthen GAMECO’s market position and competitive advantage in aircraft maintenance industry” stated by Mr. Marx.
After completion of Phase III Hangar, GAMECO’s slots will increase from the currently 20 heavy maintenance lines to up to 31 production lines. It will greatly relieve our shortage of capacity, offer more flexible production plans for CSN and support the execution of PTF Project. When Phase III Hangar is put into use, the development of line maintenance, component repair, composite repair, LDG overhaul, aircraft parts manufacturing, etc. will be accelerated to enable GAMECO to better support the rapid growth of CSN’s fleet and to carry out more domestic and overseas 3rd party business.
Phase III Hangar will create more job opportunities and contribute additional taxes to Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone. It may also generate an aggregation effect to cluster aircraft maintenance and related industries in the region and to drive Guangzhou Airport Economic Zone to achieve the goal of building a global aircraft maintenance industry center.
Phase III Hangar, located on the north to Phase I Hangar with total investment of 886 million CNY, covers a huge area of 98,500 square meters and can accommodate 6 wide-body aircraft (including A380 and B777-300ER) and 5 narrow-body aircraft for heavy maintenance at the same time, while the additional aprons take up an area of 59,000 square meters.
