Mr. Sun Xiao Yi, the chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Company, is head of Discipline Supervision Team of CSAHC. Mr. Zhang Zi Fang is an Executive Vice President of the Company. He is the candidate director. Mr.Zhang graduated with a master degree of Business Administration from School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University, EMBA Major. Mr. Zhang is an expert of political science. Mr. Zhang served as the Deputy Commissar and subsequently the Commissar of the Pilot Corps of China Northern Airlines Company, and later on the Party Secretary of the Jilin Branch. He served as General Manager of Dalian Branch of CSAHC Northern Airlines and Director of Political Department of CSAHC. He also served as the Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee of the Company.
