R  (a) We recommend to install used tires or wheels with used tires: 
R  - on the nose landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-41-12-400-001) 
R  - on the main landing gear (Ref. TASK 32-41-11-400-006) 
R  (b) Lubricate the bearings with COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-001). 
R  (c) Make sure that there is no corrosion on the brakes and on each 
R  half wheel (Ref. TASK 32-40-00-200-001). 
R  (d) Remove the debris guard, the impeller and the shroud of the brake 
R  fans (Ref. TASK 32-48-51-000-005). 
R  - Apply SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-027) on the removed 
R  parts. 
R  (e) Do a check of the tire pressures (Ref. TASK 32-41-00-210-003). 
R  (f) Protect the brakes and the wheels with STORAGE PRESERVATION 
R  (Material No. 15-002).

 D. Protection of the Water and Toilet System
 (1) Protection of the potable water system
 (a) If the storage period is more than 2 days:
 - drain, flush and dry the system if necessary (Ref. TASK 12-24-

 (a) If the storage period is more than 2 days:
 - drain, flush and disinfect the system if necessary (Ref. TASK

 Do a fuel sampling for microbiological contamination (Ref. TASK 12-32-28-281-003) or (Ref. TASK 12-32-28-281-004).

Refuel the wing tanks to 30% of the total capacity with premixed fuel with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).

Refuel the center tank to 30% of the total capacity with fuel premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).

 

 (b)
 If fuel premixed with biocide is not available:

 

 1_ If premixed fuel is available:
 - Refuel the wing tanks to 90% of the total capacity with fuel
 premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or
 (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).
 - Refuel the center tank to 30% of the total capacity with
 fuel premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or
 (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).
 2_ If premixed fuel is not available:
 - Refuel the wing tanks to 90% of the total capacity with fuel
 not premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or
 (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).
 - Refuel the center tank to 30% of the total capacity with
 fuel not premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007)
 or (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).

 -Refuel the wing tanks to 30% of the total capacity with fuel not premixed with biocide (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007) or (Ref. TASK 28-11-00-600-007).
