Foreword

前言

Only those components that are listed in the latest revision of the Capability List, are authorized to be overhauled, repaired, inspected/tested or modified and would be returned to service with EASA Form 1. Any new component can not be returned to service until the capability gets EASA's approval.
The approval for a specific part number is also valid for part numbers with higher dash numbers if the demands to personal qualification, tools and equipment are the same.
只有列在被批準(zhǔn)的最新能力清單中的附件可以進(jìn)行翻修，修理， 檢測或改裝，并使用EASA表格進(jìn)行最終放行。新的附件只能在1該能力獲得EASA批準(zhǔn)后才能放行。
如果那些具有不同尾號(hào)的附件對于人員資格、工具設(shè)備的要求是相同的，那么對于其中某一個(gè)件號(hào)的批準(zhǔn)同樣適用于其它尾號(hào)的件號(hào)。
