A. Installation of the Pressure Sensor R (1) FOR 10HB
(a)
Put the clamps (2) in position on the pressure sensor (12).
(b)
Put the clamps (2) and the pressure sensor (12) in position on the bracket (13) and install the washers (3) and the screws (4).
NOTE : Make sure that the sense-line connection union (6) faces
____ in the correct direction.
(c)
Remove the blanking plugs from the connectors.
(d)
Protection of the Sense-Line Connectors WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE
_______ THIS/THESE MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES AND GOGGLES.
1 Apply a small amount of COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-014A)
_ to the threads of the sense-line connectors (1) and (5).
(e)
Connect the sense line connectors (1) and (5).
(f)
TORQUE the sense line connectors (1) and (5) to between 0.95 and
1.05 m.daN (84.07 and 92.92 lbf.in).
(g)
Put the bonding strap (9) in position and install the screw (8), the washer (10)and the nut (11) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(h)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(i)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(j)
Connect the electrical connector (7).

(a)
Put the clamps (22) in position on the pressure sensor (29).
(b)
Put the clamps (22) and the pressure sensor (29) in position on the bracket (23) and install the washers (30) and the screws (31).
NOTE : Make sure that the sense-line connection union (33) faces
____ in the correct direction.
(c)
Remove the blanking plugs from the connectors.

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(i)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(j)
Connect the electrical connector (24).
(k)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1HH, 2HH, 3HH, 4HH, 21HH, 22HH, 23HH, 24HH.

C. Test
(1)
Do the pre-conditioning through the HP ground connector (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001) or with the APU (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(2)
Do a leak check of the pressure sensor sense line connections. NOTE : Leaks are not permitted.

After approx. 15 minutes stop the pre-conditioning (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-33-21-618-001).
(4)
Do the operational test of the flow control and indicating system (Ref. TASK 21-51-00-710-002).
