- do a check for 28 VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at pins B and C on the related PCB 2038VU (Ref. ASM 23-73/13) and (Ref. ASM 23-73/14).
 (a) If there is approx. 28 VDC:

 - replace the related PCB 2038VU (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-49-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-49-400-001).

 (b) If there is no 28 VDC:

 - do a check for 28VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at the related DEU-A between the related pairs of connectors given below: Connectors C/7 and C/18 or Connectors C/9 and C/19 or Connectors C/11 and C/20 (Ref. ASM 23-73/13) and (Ref. ASM 23-73/14).
 1 If there is approx. 28 VDC:

 - do a check and repair the wiring if necessary between the: Pins B and C on the related PCB and the related DEU-A pairs of connectors given below: Connectors C/7 and C/18 or Connectors C/9 and C/19 or Connectors C/11 and C/20 (Ref. ASM 23-73/13) and (Ref. ASM 23-73/14).
 2 If there is no 28 VDC:
_
 - replace the related DEU-A (200RHxx) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-46-400-001).
 C. For Pax Call Lamps / Seatrow Identifier with LED (without bulbs)
 If the related Pax Call Lamp / Seatrow Identifier does not come on:
 - do a check for 28 VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at pins B and C on the related PCB 509RH/510RH (Ref. ASM 23-73/13) and (Ref. ASM 23-73/14).
 (1) If there is approx. 28 VDC:

 - replace the related PCB 509RH/510RH (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-49-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-49-400-001).

 (2) If there is no 28 VDC:

 - do a check for 28VDC with a MULTIMETER - STANDARD at the related DEU-A between the related pairs of connectors given below: Connectors C/7 and C/18 or Connectors C/9 and C/19 or Connectors C/11 and C/20 (Ref. ASM 23-73/13) and (Ref. ASM 23-73/14).

 D. If the CIDS1/SIGN LAMP test gives the maintenance message PAX CALL LAMP XX and the lamps come on, no other maintenance action is necessary.
 NOTE : An erroneous class 3 fault message will be recorded for each LED
____ PAX CALL / Seatrow Identifier (without bulbs), if the test of the related lamps is not deactivated in the CAM.
