 A. Job Set-up
 (1) Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (a) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
 (b) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
 B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) closed:

 C. Test
 (1) Make sure that the right after passenger/crew door is fully closed and the indicator plate shows LOCKED.
 (2) On the ECAM control panel: - push the DOOR key to get the DOOR/OXY page.
 (3) On the DOOR/OXY page: - make sure that the CABIN indication comes into view amber.

 4. Fault Isolation

R A. On the Door/Oxy page, if the CABIN indication comes into view amber:
R - do a check for 28VDC between pins A and D of the handle proximity
R switch (17WV2) (Ref. ASM 31-54/05).

R (1) If there is no 28VDC:
R - do a check for 28VDC at pin S of the indicator light (3WN2).

R (a) If there is 28VDC:
R - repair the wiring as necessary.

R  1_  If there is no 28VDC:
R  - do a check for 28VDC between pins A and U of the indicator 
R  light (3WN2). 

R a_ If there is 28VDC:
R - replace the IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, AFT R DOOR (3WN2) (Ref.
R AMM TASK 52-73-21-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-73-21-R 400-001).

R b_ If there is no 28VDC:
R - do a check for 28VDC at pin B of the indicator light
R (2WN2).
R
R * If there is no 28VDC:
R - replace the IND LT-SLIDE ARMED, R EMER EXIT (2WN2) (Ref.
R AMM TASK 52-73-21-000-003) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-73-21-R 400-003).
R
R * If there is 28VDC:
R - repair the wiring as necessary.
R

R (2) If there is 28VDC:
R - disconnect the connector of the handle proximity switch (17WV2)
R - install the jumper wire between pins B and C of the connector
R (17WV2-A) (Ref. ASM 31-54/05)
R - do the test given in Para. 3.C.

R (a) On the Door/Oxy page, if the CABIN indication comes into view
R green:
R - remove the jumper wire between pins B and C of the connector
R (17WV2-A)
R - connect the connector of the handle proximity switch (17WV2)
R - adjust the handle proximity switch (17WV2) with the door
R checking tool (Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-00-820-002) or with the ECAM
R system (Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-00-820-002).

R 1_ On the Door/Oxy page, if the CABIN indication comes into view
R amber:

R - replace the PROX SW-HANDLE, R AFT PAX/CREW DOOR (17WV2) R (Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 52-71-11-400-001).
R (b) On the Door/Oxy page, if the CABIN indication comes into view
R amber:
R - remove the jumper wire between pins B and C of the connector
R (17WV2-A)
R - connect the connector of the handle proximity switch (17WV2)
R - do a check for 28VDC between pins A and D of the hook proximity
R switch (15WV2) (Ref. ASM 31-54/05).

R 1_ If there is no 28VDC:
R - repair the wiring as necessary.

R 2_ If there is 28VDC:
R - disconnect the connector of the hook proximity switch
R (15WV2)
R - install the jumper wire between pins B and C of the
R connector (15WV2-A) (Ref. ASM 31-54/05)
R - do the test given in Para. 3.C.

R a_ On the Door/Oxy page, if the CABIN indication comes into
