Put the solenoid valve (6) in position on the manifold (13).

Attach the solenoid valve (6) with the three bolts (7) and the washers (8).

TORQUE the bolts (7) to between 0.80 and 0.90 m.daN (70.79 and 79.64 lbf.in).

Install the bonding strap (5) with the bolt (4), the washer (3) and the nut (2) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (1) and from the receptacle.

C. Do the Operational Test of the Solenoid Valve 1150GP
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3)
Pressurize the Green hydraulic system
(Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-001).
(4)
Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5)
Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

Do this Test:

3. On the overhead panel 50VU: On the ECAM lower DU:
-lift the guard and set the - the color of the system name changes HYD/LEAK MEASUREMENT VALVE/G to white, P/BSW to on (the OFF light goes - the color of the system arrow changes off). to green.
NOTE : When you set the P/BSW to on, the ECAM lower DU can change to the
____ ELEC page. Also the single chime audio warning and MASTER CAUT light operate. You can ignore these indications. Cancel the MASTER CAUT light and set the HYD page on the ECAM lower DU to find the hydraulic indications.
