 4. Procedure

 A. Installation of the Pilot Valve
 (1)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Lubricate the new packings (4) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).

 (4)
 Remove the blanking plugs from the open ports.

 (5)
 Install the new packings (4):

 (a)
 Put the new packings (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 1150GP (5).

 (b)
 Put the new packings (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 2150GP (5).

 (c)
 Put the new packings (4) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve 3150GP (5).

 (6)
 Put the pilot valve (3) in position on the leakage-measurement solenoid valve (5).

 (7)
 Attach the pilot valve (3) with the two bolts (1), the washer (2) and the bonding tin (7) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

 (8)
 TORQUE the bolts (1) to 0.40 m.daN (35.39 lbf.in).

 (9)
 Safety the bolts (1) with lockwire, corrosion resistant steel dia 0.8mm (0.032 in.).

 (10)
 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (6) and from the receptacle.

 (11)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 (12)
 Connect the electrical connector (6) to the pilot valve.

 (13) Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and from the hydraulic section 40VU on the overhead panel in the cockpit.

 C. Do the Operational Test of the Solenoid Valve 1150GP
 (1)
 Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).

 (2)
 Pressurize the reservoir of the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

 (3)
 Pressurize the Green hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-001).

 (4)
 Examine the solenoid valve connection and make sure that there are no leaks.

 (5)
 Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

 -push the HYD pushbutton.
2. On the overhead panel 50VU:
-lift the guard and set the HYD/LEAK MEASUREMENT VALVE/G pushbutton switch (P/BSW) to OFF (the OFF light comes on).
 3. On the overhead panel 50VU:
-lift the guard and set the HYD/LEAK MEASUREMENT VALVE/G P/BSW to on (the OFF light goes off).
