Adjust the 'CLOSE' Limit Switch S1
(a)
Open the related circuit breaker.
(b)
Turn the actuating gear assembly (8) with the hand:
-to align the highest point of its cam with the actuator roller of the 'CLOSE' limit switch S1.
(c)
Loosen the nut (8).
(d)
Adjust the 'CLOSE' limit switch assembly (7) so that (a minimum turn of) the actuating gear assembly (6) will operate the 'CLOSE' limit switch S1.

Adjust the 'OPEN' Limit Switch S2
(a)
Turn the actuating gear assembly (6) with the hand:
-to align the highest point of its cam with the actuator roller of the 'OPEN' limit switch S2.
(b)
Loosen the nut (10).
(c)
Adjust the 'OPEN' limit switch assembly (11) so that (a minimum turn of) the actuating gear assembly (6) will operate the 'OPEN' limit switch S2.
(3)
Close the related circuit breaker and operate the related flush switch.

Examine the operation of the 'CLOSE' and 'OPEN' limit switches.
(5)
If the operation is not satisfactory, do step A.(1) thru A.(4) again until the adjustment is correct.
(6)
Manually turn the actuating gear assembly (6) to the point where the cam operates the 'OPEN' limit switch S2.
(7)
Put the plate positioning -gear assembly (9) in position.
(8)
Install the retaining ring (12).
(9)
Make sure that the dimension given in section D is in tolerance.
(10) Final Adjustment
(a) Close the related circuit breaker, and operate the flush switch:
- open it again when the actuating gear (6) is in the closed position.
(b) Do a check of the dimension as shown in section E.

If the dimension is not correct, do the ajustment of the 'CLOSE' limit switch S1 again.
(d)
Close the related circuit breaker and operate the flush switch:
- open it again when the actuating gear assembly (6) is in the open position.
(e) Do a check of the dimension given in section F.

(f) If the dimension is not correct, do the adjustment of the 'OPEN' limit switch S2 again.

Make sure that the actuating gear assembly (8) and the 'OPEN' limit switch S2 is in the open position.
(12)
Put the motor mount-housing assembly (1) in position, make sure that the shaft (5) is in line with the plate positioning gear (9).
(13) Install the washers (4), (3) and the screws (2).
