R  - Roll up the wires by pressing them, to make a cylindrical 
R  harness. 
R  - Remove the protective film from the first adhesive sealant. 
R  (e) Step 5: 
R  - Remove the protective film from the ABS5334 self-welding tape. 
R  - Wrap the harness with one layer of tape ABS5334 with a minimum 
R  overlap of 51%. 
R  - The applied tape must have a minimum length of 145 mm (5.7086 
R  in.) and must be a maximum of 20 mm (0.7874 in.) from the 
R  colored mark. 
R  - You must complete the ends of the tape with two turns of the 
R  tape over the same position.
R  ____NOTE : The sealant must not come out when you wrap with the tape 
R  (f) Step 6: 
R  - Install the harness in the tool DEUTSCH 057-0750-00. Make sure 
R  that the distance between the colored mark and the grip strap 
R  axis is 76 mm (2.9921 in.). 
R  - Torque with a screw driver to 0.2 m.daN (17.6991 lbf.in) (Do 
R  not tighten the mechanism too much). 
R  The side screw of the slide must not coincide with the red mark 
R  of the tool. 
R  - Remove the tool DEUTSCH 057-0750-00. 
R  (g) Step 7: 
R  - Measure the circumference of the harness at 76 mm (2.9921 in.) 
R  from the colored mark and find the diameter of the harness to 
R  be obtained (dia: D):

R  wrapping to adjust, then reshape to get the applicable

R  (a) Step 8: 
R  - Move the grip and tow to 94 mm (3.7007 in.) from the colored 
R  mark. 
R  (b) Step 9: 
R  - Move the bush and install it against the grip and tow. 
R  (c) Step 10: 
R  - Engage the assembly into the half box. 
R  (d) Step 11: 
R  - Close with the second half box and tighten the 4 screws to 0.05 
R  m.daN (4.4247 lbf.in). 
R  - Install the pressure seal in the tool DEUTSCH 057-0854-00 to 
R  lock it in rotation. 
R  - Tighten the back screw to torque as follows:

R  - Install the pressure seal into the panel cut-out, tighten the 
R  nut with the hook wrench NG28 (CMS9142729637) or NG36
