R  (a) For E0415 MSC EATON pushbutton switch 
R  (Ref. Fig. 019)
 - Release the head with the tool 58T-101 or 851-30486-510 (ex MSC
 584-901) (the head stays attached to the body by the retainer).
 - Install the guiding tool 58T-108 or 851-30486-506 (ex MSC
 584-501).
 - Insert a screwdriver (no specific) in the guiding tool slots
 and turn the screws counterclockwise approximately half a turn
 to retract the locking cams.
 - Remove the screwdriver and the guiding tool.
 - Carefully pull the head to extract the body. 
R  (b) For E0415 ECE pushbutton switch 
R  (Ref. Fig. 020)
 - Release the head with the tool OUT74.
 - Remove the head (with the retainer).
 - Insert the guiding tool OUT75.
 - Insert a screwdriver (no specific) in the guiding tool slots
 and turn the screws counterclockwise approximately half a turn
 to retract the locking cams.
 - Remove the screwdriver and the guiding tool.
 - Pull to extract the body. 
R  (c) For ABS0951 ECE and KORRY pushbutton switch 
R  (Ref. Fig. 021) 
R  - Release the head with the tool OUT74 or equivalent (the head 
R  stays attached to the body by the retainer). 
R  - Install the guiding tool OUT217 or 29085-001. 
R  - Insert a screwdriver (no specific) in the guiding tool slots 
R  and turn the screws counterclockwise approximately half a turn 
R  to retract the locking cams. 
R  - Remove the screwdriver and the guiding tool. 
R  - Carefully pull the head to extract the body.

R  (4) Remove the mounting sleeve from the panel (E0416) (Ref. Fig. 022)
 ____NOTE : This procedure is only possible when the integrally lighted identification plate (LF) is removed and the panel (VU) is open.
 (a) Remove the head and the body (Ref. para. 4.D.(1) and (3)).
 (b) Remove the two screws NAS1102-04-6 with a philips screwdriver.
R  (5) Remove the connector (E0417) (Ref. Fig. 022) 
R  (a) For ABS0951 KORRY and E0415 MSC EATON pushbutton switch - Insert the tool 58T-107 or 851-30486-507 (ex MSC584-502) between the connector and the mounting sleeve. - Carefully pull the wiring to extract the tool and connector assembly. 
R  (b) For ABS0951 and E0415 ECE pushbutton switch - Insert the tool OUT141 between the connector and the mounting sleeve. - Carefully pull the wiring to extract the tool and connector assembly.

 E. Installation
 (1) Install the connector (E0417)
R R  (a) Install the polarization key (Ref. Fig. 014) - Insert the polarization key in the connector E0417 in the position that agrees with the ABS0951 or E0415 function code.
R  (b) Install the connector - Make sure that the polarization key is in the position that agrees with the ABS0951 or E0415 function code. - Put the connector in position with the locator in line with the cutout in the mounting sleeve. - Lightly push the connector into the sleeve until you hear a double click. 
R R  (2) Install the mounting sleeve or cover (E0416) (Ref. Fig. 022) - Engage the mounting sleeve (TOP mark up) in the panel cutout from the rear of the panel. - Apply a drop of Material No. 08-029 on the thread of the screws NSA1102-04-6 and install them through the panel and in the mounting sleeve. 
R  - TORQUE the screws to between 0.08 m.daN (7.0796 lbf.in) and 0.10 m.daN (8.8495 lbf.in). 
R  (3) Install the E0415 body or ABS0951 pushbutton 
R R R R R  (a) For E0415 MSC EATON pushbutton switch (Ref. Fig. 019) - Release the head with the tool 58T-101 or 851-30486-510 (ex MSC 584-901). - If necessary, install the safety guard on the body. - Insert the body in the mounting sleeve (TOP mark-up). - Insert the guiding tool 58T-108 or 851-30486-506 (ex MSC 584-501). - TORQUE the screws to between 0.012 m.daN (1.0619 lbf.in) and 0.014 m.daN (1.2389 lbf.in) with the dynamometric screwdriver to extend the cams.
 - Remove the guiding tool. - Install the head.
