On the MCDU2:
- get the CFDS page on the MCDU MENU and then push the line key adjacent to the PRINT indication.
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If it is not possible to print the CFDIU data on the printer (4TW):
- replace the PRINTER (4TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- replace the CFDIU (1TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-32-34-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check of the wiring from CFDIU (1TW) pins AA/2B, 2C to printer (4TW) pins A/h, i (Ref. ASM 31-35/01).
1 If there is no continuity:
_ - repair the wiring.
2 If there is continuity:
_
- do a check of the wiring from MCDU2 (3CA2) pins A/27, 28 to CFDIU (1TW) pins AB/3B, 2C (Ref. ASM 22-86/04).
a If there is no continuity:
_ - repair the wiring.
b If there is continuity:
_
- replace the MCDU-2 (3CA2) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-82-12-400-002).
B. Do the action given in Para. 3.B.

A. Do a check of the status of the circuit breaker (6TW).
(1) If the circuit breaker (6TW) is closed:
- replace the PRINTER (4TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-400-001).
(a) If the fault continues:
- do a check of the wiring from printer (4TW) pin A/R to the circuit breaker (6TW) (Ref. ASM 31-35/01).
1 If there is no continuity:

- repair the wiring.
2 If there is continuity:
_ - replace the C/B-PRINTER/SPLY.

May 01/03 CES (2) If the circuit breaker (6TW) is open:
a_ If the fault continues:
- do a check and repair the wiring from printer (4TW) pin
A/N to the first terminal block.
- close the circuit breaker (6TW).
(a) If the circuit breaker trips:
- replace the PRINTER (4TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-400-001).
1 If the fault continues:
_
- do a check and repair the wiring from the circuit breaker (6TW) to the printer (4TW).
(b) If the circuit breaker stays closed and if the fault continues:
- replace the PRINTER (4TW) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-35-22-400-001).
