Set the selector switch on the DC voltmeter on the P5 panel in the TEST position.

On the test module, M400, set the switches S1 and S2 to the 2 and A positions.
(a) Make sure the DC voltmeter shows 28 volts.

(5) Make sure the start switches are in the OFF position.

(6) Open the fan cowl panels (AMM 71-11-02/201).

(7) Open the right hand thrust reverser half (AMM 78-31-00/201).

(8) Set the start levers to the IDLE position.
(a) Make sure the engine 1 and engine 2 FUEL VALVE CLOSED lights on
the P5 panel come on bright while the valves are in transit,
and then each go off to indicate the valves are fully open.

(9) Set the engine 1 and engine 2 bleed air switches in the ON position.
(a) Make sure the bleed air regulator solenoids for engine 1 and
engine 2 open.
NOTE:____ You can hear or feel the solenoid click.
(b)
Make sure the hydraulic system A and B fluid shutoff valves are open.
(c)
Make sure the low pressure lights for the engine hydraulics come on.

Push the ERASE button on the M238 annunciator panel in the P6 well to set all lights.

Push the override button behind the fire switch handle for engine 1 and pull the handle.
