Placing PNRs and Messages on Queues
The QER, QMR, and QBR entries can be used to retain PNRs or messages on queue and to
transfer them. Also note that messages can only be placed on message queues and PNRs can
only be placed on PNR queues. Office IDs can be added to all entries. (ENTER) indicates that
you must press Enter to move to the next line.
