Relex FRACAS are flexible enough to suit any
of these processes and can be customized to
match a company's existing workflow.
For example, automatic e-mail notifications
may be generated and sent to the appropriate
personnel to indicate that an action is
required, such as when a failure incident is
initiated, a problem is diagnosed, an issue is
resolved, or a solution requires approval.
In addition, management responsibilities may
be built in at key points in the process, so
that a supervisor will be automatically notified
via workflow e-mail to approve the necessary
step in the process. Conditions may also be
specified to trigger alert e-mails which notify
key personnel when system performance
metrics or open incidents reach critical levels.

full-scale Enterprise Edition, which is capable
of supporting hundreds of simultaneous
users, Relex FRACAS is offered in two other
editions. The Corporate Edition offers all of
the functionality of the Enterprise edition
for ten or fewer users, while the Team
edition, which is based on a local database, is
available for five or fewer users.
