 D. Install the Elbow
 S 424-083
 CAUTION:_______DO NOT USE THE TRANSDUCER OR THE COUPLING AS A LEVER. USE A WRENCH ON THE TRANSDUCER SQUARE BOSS AND ON THE COUPLING HEX NUT, OR DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS CAN OCCUR.
 (1)  
Turn the nut on the elbow.

 (2)  
Make sure that the threads of the nut engage the second set of threads against the shoulder on the elbow.

 (3)  
Install the washer on the elbow.

 (4)  
Apply a thin layer of lubricant to a new O-ring.

 (5)  
Install the washer on the elbow until it touches the second set of threads.

Connect the elbow on the pressure reducing regulator so that it turns freely.

Align the elbow.

Tighten the nut.

 E. Install the Pressure Reducing Regulator on the Cylinder Coupling

 (1)  Apply a thin layer of lubricant to a new O-ring.

Install the O-ring on the union of the cylinder coupling.

Tighten the pressure reducing regulator on the union connection to a torque of 200 pound-inches.

 F.  Align the Pressure Reducing Regulator to the Cylinder Coupling If Necessary

Loosen the connection between the cylinder coupling and the union.

Align the pressure reducing regulator.

Tighten the connection between the cylinder coupling and the union to a torque of 170 pound-inches.
