 F. Transducer Outputs Ground Test
 NOTE:____During this test, visual check is necessary. Make sure that the results shown on the CDU agree with the results given in this procedure.
 S 745-250
 (1)  Push the LSK that is adjacent to <XDUCER OUTPUTS.
 (a)  
When the TEST PRECONDITIONS page shows, make sure each instruction on the page is completed. (Push the NEXT PAGE key to see subsequent pages.)

 (b)  
Push the LSK that is adjacent to START TEST>.

 (c)  
Make sure that the stabilizer surface position for the left, center and right channels (in degrees) is shown. 1) Write down the values for the stabilizer surface position

 (in degrees):
 L ______, C ______, R ______
 2) Make sure that the values (L, C, and R channels) are between -2.7 and -3.3 degrees. 3) Make sure that the difference between channels (L-R, R-C, and L-C) is not more than 0.3 degrees.
 (d)  Push <CONTINUE to find the aileron surface position for the left, center, and right channels (in degrees). 1) Do these steps:
 a) Set the flap lever in the flap up position.
 b) Set the aileron to the center position.
 c) Operate the trim switch until the rig-pin A/S-2 can go

 into the rig-hole freely.
 NOTE: For the rig-hole position, refer to
____ 27-11-08/201.

 d) Remove the rig-pin. 2) Write down the values for the aileron surface position (in degrees):
 L ______, C ______, R ______
 3)  Make sure that the difference between channels (L-R, R-C, and L-C) is not more than 0.6 degree.
 4)  Make sure that the values for the left, center and right channels, with the control column released, are between -0.5 and +0.5 degree.
 NOTE: If the value for the center channel is not
____ between - 0.5 and +0.5, refer to 22-13-01/401 for the adjustment of the LAS. If the values for the left and right channels are not between - 0.5 and +0.5, refer to 27-11-08/201 for the adjustment of the CLCPs.
Push <CONTINUE to find the rudder surface position for the left, center and right channels (in degrees). 1) Do this step:
 a) Set the rudder to 0-unit of trim. 2) Make sure that the values for the left, center and right
 channels are between -0.6 degree and +0.6 degree.Push <CONTINUE to find the speed brake position for the left, center and right channels (in percent travel). 1) Do this step:
 a) Set the speed brake handle to the ARM position. 2) Make sure that the values for the left, center and right
 channels are between 0% and 5%.Push <CONTINUE to find the flap surface position for the left, center and right channels. 1) Do this step:
 a)  Set the flap lever to 1 position.

 2) Make sure that the values for the left, center, and right channels are between 0 degree and +2 degrees. 3) Make sure that the difference of the values between the channels (L-R, R-C, L-C) is less than 0.6 degrees.
 (h)  Push <CONTINUE to find the elevator surface position for the left, center, and right channels (in degrees). 1) Do this step:
 a) Set the stabilizer to 6-units of trim. b) Write down the values for the elevator surface positions (in degrees). L ______, C ______, R ______
 c)  Make sure that the values for the left, center and right channels with the column released are 0.0 degree.
 NOTE: If the values are not at 0.0 degree, adjust the
____ elevator until all the values are at 0.0 degree (Ref 22-12-01/401).
 G.  Put the Airplane in Its Usual Condition
