A. Removal of the Mechanic Call Horn
 (1)
 Hold the cover (7) of the box (6) and loosen the quick release fasteners (12) by a quarter turn.

 (2)
 Slowly open the cover (7) of the box (6).

 (3) Disconnect the power supply wires (11) at the splice with the R applicable tool (Ref. ASM 23-42/01) (Ref. ESPM 20).
 (4)
 Remove the screws (4) and remove the flat washers (5).

 (5)
 Remove the support (1) from the cover (7).

 (6)
 Loosen the nut (2).

 (7)
 Remove the horn (13) from its support (1).

 (8)
 Remove the flat washer (3) from the horn (13).

 Make sure that the main doors 713 and 714 of the nose landing gear well (Ref. TASK 32-22-00-010-001) are open.

 Make sure that the access platform is in position under the nose landing gear well.

 A. Installation of the Mechanic Call Horn
 (1)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Install the flat washer (3) on the horn (13).

 (4)
 Install the horn (13) on its support (1).

 (5)
 Tighten the nut (2).

 (6)
 Put the support (1) on the cover (7).

 (7)
 Put the washers (5) in position and install the screws (4).

 (8) Install the applicable contact at the end of each wire of the new R horn (Ref. ASM 23-42/01) (Ref. ESPM 20).
 (9) Connect the power supply wires (11) using the applicable tool.
 (10)
 Close the cover (7) of the box (6).

 (11)
 Hold the cover (7) of the box (6) and tighten the quick release fasteners (12) by a quarter turn.
