(f) Start to lock the latches (11) near the connector (8A) and make sure the latches (11) lock the switch-panel-PCB (9) in position.
 NOTE : It is necessary that the latches (11) are correctly
____ engaged to the related cutouts in the horizontal switch-panel-PCB (9).
 (g)
 Carefully install the two vertical PCBs of the PISA (9A) on the top of the horizontal switch-panel-PCB (9). Make sure that you install the two vertical PCBs (9A) in the correct direction and in the correct position.

 (h)
 Use the spacers to carefully align the two vertical PCBs (9A) with the slots in the PSU (3).

 (i)
 Attach the two vertical PCBs of the PISA (9A) with the plastic rivets (10) to the PSU (3).

 (2) Connect the Electrical Connectors
 CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (a)
 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.

 (b)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 (c)
 Connect the electrical connectors (8, 8A, 8B) to the two vertical PCBs of the PISA (9A) as identified during removal and make sure they lock in position with a click.

 (d)
 Carefully install the cover (4) on the PSU (3) and make sure it locks in position on the latches (7) with a click.

 (e)
 Attach the cable harness (6) with new tie wraps (5) to the cover (4).

 (f)
 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 (3) Close the PSU
 (a)
 Lift the PSU (3) and engage it in the mounting rail (2).

 (b)
 Install the section-hose (1) with the PULLEY ASSEMBLY - SEALING CORD to the mounting rail (2).

 NOTE : Make sure that the section-hose is not expanded. Move the
____ pulley assembly forward and rearward to prevent this.

 B. Installation of the Passenger Interface and Supply Adapter (PISA) without Audio Function
 (1) Install the PISA CAUTION : BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU REMOVE OR INSTALL THE PASSENGER
_______ INTERFACE AND SUPPLY ADAPTER. IT IS EASY TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO THIS COMPONENT.
 NOTE : Be careful when you work on the lowered PSU. If you use too
____ much force, it is easy to move the PSU in the mounting rail too much. This can cause damage to the hinge in the mounting rail.
 (a)
 Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

 (b)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (c)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (d)
 Carefully install the horizontal switch-panel-Printed Circuit Board (PCB) (9) to the PSU (3).

 NOTE : Make sure that the installation direction of the
____ horizontal switch-panel-PCB (9) is correct. The connectors on the horizontal switch-panel-PCB (9) have to point away from the cabin side of the PSU. The LEDs on the horizontal switch-panel-PCB (9) have to point to the cabin side of the PSU and to the seatrow-numbering light.
 (e) Tilt the switch-panel-PCB (9) under the latches (11) on the reading light-side of the PSU (3). Move the opposite edge of the switch-panel-PCB (9) down and under the remaining latches (11).

 (f) Start to lock the latches (11) near the connector (8A) and make sure the latches (11) lock the switch-panel-PCB (9) in position.

 Touch the edges of the vertical PCB (9) to carefully align the vertical PCB (9) with the slots in the PSU (3).

 (i)
 Attach the vertical PCB of the PISA (9A) with the plastic rivets

 (10) to the PSU (3).
 (2) Connect the Electrical Connectors
 CAUTION : REFER TO THE MATCH MARKS MADE DURING THE REMOVAL WHEN YOU
_______ CONNECT THE ELECTRICAL WIRES. INCORRECT CONNECTION OF THE WIRES WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
