Connect the terminal connectors (2) to the terminals of the terminal block of the fuel probe 27QT1(27QT2).

Put the cable for the fuel probe 27QT1(27QT2) in position.
(e)
Attach the harness 13QT1(13QT2) to the fuel probe 27QT1(27QT2) body and the structure with the cable-ties (1).
(f)
Get access through the opening 540CB(640CB) to RIB9.
(g)
Carefully pull the string for the cable for the fuel probe 29QT1(29QT2) until the cable comes into view, at the end of the conduit.
(h)
Remove and discard the tape and the string from the harness.
(5) Install the harness 13QT1 (13QT2) at RIB 9 as follows: (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 28-42-43-991-007, 405/TASK 28-42-43-991-009)
(a) Identify the cable ends for the fuel probe 29QT1(29QT2).
(b)
Use a crimping tool to crimp the correct color terminal R connectors (2) to the color identified wires (Ref. ESPM 203222).
(c)
Connect the terminal connectors (2) to the terminals of the terminal block of the fuel probe 29QT1(29QT2).
(d)
Put the cable for the fuel probe 29QT1(29QT2) in position.
(e)
Attach the harness 13QT1(13QT2) to the fuel probe 29QT1(29QT2) body and the structure with the cable-ties (1).
(f)
Get access through the opening 540GB(640GB) to RIB13.
(g)
Carefully pull the string for the cable for the fuel probe 31QT1(31QT2) until the cable comes into view, at the end of the conduit.

(h) Remove and discard the tape and the string from the harness 13QT1 (13QT2)
(6) Install the harness 13QT1 (13Qt2) at RIB 13 as follows: (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 28-42-43-991-007, 405/TASK 28-42-43-991-009)
(a) Identify the cable ends for the fuel probe 31QT1(31QT2).
(b)
Use a crimping tool to crimp the correct color terminal R connectors (2) to the color identified wires (Ref. ESPM 203222).
(c)
Connect the terminal connectors (2) to the terminals of the terminal block of the fuel probe 31QT1(31QT2).
(d)
Put the cables for the fuel probe 31QT1(31QT2) in position.
(e)
Attach the harness 13QT1(13QT2) to the fuel probe 31QT1(31QT2) body and the structure with the cable-ties (1).
(f)
Identify the cable ends for the sensor 17QJ1(17QJ2) and connect them to the terminals of the sensor.
(g)
Connect the applicable cables to the sensor and tighten the screws (20).
(h)
Put the cables in the clamp (22) and tighten the screws (21).
(i)
Put the cable for the sensor 17QJ1(17QJ2) in position.
(j)
Attach the harness 13QT1(13QT2) to the structure with the cable-ties (1).
(k)
Get access through the opening 540JB(640JB) to RIB14.
(l)
Carefully pull the string for the cable for the connector 4045VC1(4045VC2) (34) until the cable comes into view, at the end of the conduit.
(m)
Remove and discard the tape and the string from the harness 13QT1 (13QT2).
(n)
Use a crimping tool to crimp the wires to the connector pins of R the connector (34) (Ref. ESPM 203222).
(o) Insert the connector pins into the connector (34) (Ref. WL 912840).

(p)
Tighten the clamp screws (36) of the backshell (35). Make sure that the cable is firmly clamped in the backshell (35).
(q)
Safety the clamp screws (36) and the backshell (35) with
MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
(r)
Apply BONDING AND ADHESIVE COMPOUNDS (Material No. 08-013) to the threads of the connector (34).
(7) Install the harness 13QT1 (13QT2) at RIB 15 as follows: (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 28-42-43-991-007, 405/TASK 28-42-43-991-009)
(a)
Install the new O-ring (30) on the connector (34).
(b)
Put the connector (34) in position in the hole in RIB15.
(c)
Get access through the opening 540KB(640KB) to RIB15.
(d)
Install the washer (31) and the nut (32) on the connector (34).
(e)
TORQUE the nut (32) to between 0.96 and 1.07 m.daN (84.95 and
94.69 lbf.in).
(f)
Use a lint-free cloth to remove unwanted adhesive from the connector (34) and the nut (32).
(g)
Safety the nut (32) with the anti-rotation plate (44), the bolts
