Adjust the link assembly on the center of the replacement seal plate.

Make sure that the tie-bar lugs are clear of the seal plate edges and the edge distances will be satisfactory.

Make a mark for the location of the tie-bar on the seal plate with a pencil.

Clean the tracks and the area which is near the tracks to remove the contamination or the unwanted material.

Wind the protective Mylar tape around the end of the track strip as shown to prevent the seal plate from damage during the installation.

Put the seal plate into the tracks.
NOTE: You must bend the plate in the opposite direction during the

Use the index mark to align the seal plate on the link assembly.

Lightly attach the seal plate to the tie-bar with a clamp.

You get equal dimensions when you move the seal plate in a longitudinal direction where it is necessary.
NOTE: The dimensions are between the etched line on the seal plate
____ and the edges of the track strip along the full length of the track that you can see.

CAUTION:_______YOU MUST DO THE STEP BELOW CAREFULLY. IF THE CHIPS GO INTO THE TRACKS, IT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TEFLON SEAL.
(11) Apply the tape to all the track openings, until the drilled chips can not go into the track.
