to search for data amongst applications, databases or mailboxes.
We’re dealing here for example, with complaints,
warranty claims, non-conformance requests, supplier
ratings, PPM values, standards, documents, news bulletins,
delivery schedules, forecast data, shortage tickets, etc. And,
to find what you’re looking for, you’ll have to enter data
manually into web based forms and applications on these
internet portals. You can see what we’re getting at here –
it’s a lot of work – and it’s not over yet! Once the data has
been finally found and downloaded, it then has to be either
typed in manually or involves the often complicated job of
importing the downloaded data into the company’s
internal CAQ/ERP systems.
The solution
The iPoint Aerospace Agent takes care of all of these jobs

for new information. It then extracts, converts and integrates
