R (k) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the
correct condition.
R (l) Connect the electrical connector to the connector (19).
R (m) Install the plate (29) on the engine electrical box.
R (n) Install the washers (28), the bolts (27) and tighten the bolts
(27).
(3) Install the nut (31) on the pressure seal (32) on the wing above the
pylon and tighten it.
R (4) Install the bolt (33) with the washer (34) on the clamp (37).
R (5) Install the bolt (35) on the ground point (36) (Ref. ESPM 204819).
(6) Tighten the bolts (33) and (35).
R (7) Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-002) on the ground point (36).
R (8) Install the nut (45) on the pressure seal (46) at the wing and cargo
compartment junction and tighten it.
R (9) Connection of the feeder cables in the cargo compartment:
R (a) Install the electrical feeder cables on the terminal block (44)
R with the nuts (40) (Ref. AWM 242201) or (Ref. AWM 242202).
R (b) Tighten the nuts (40) (Ref. ESPM 204452).
R (c) Install the cover (43) with the screws (41) on the terminal block
R (44).
R (d) Tighten the screws (41) and safety with new MISCELLANEOUS
R (Material No. 19-010) (42).
R (10) Installation of the cable supports along the IDG feeder cables:
R CAUTION : MAKE SURE THAT THE IDG CABLES DO NOT TOUCH THE PYLON_______
R FITTING. IF THE IDG CABLES TOUCH THE PYLON FITTING, DAMAGE
R WILL OCCUR TO THE CABLES AND/OR PYLON FITTING.
R (a) Install the clamp block (30) on the rod with a clearance of 33.5
R mm (1.32 in.) between the top axis attachment of the rod and the
R top axis attachment of the clamp block.
R R (b) Turn the clamp block to give maximum clearance between the pylon fitting and the feeder cables.
R (c) Put all the cable supports (2) in position.
R R (d) Install all the bolts (7) and the nuts (8) and tighten the nuts (8).
R R R (e) Install all the bolts (10) and the nuts (9) and tighten the nuts (9).
R R (f) Install all the spacers (5), the plate (4) and the bolts (3) and tighten the bolts (3).
R (g) Install all the new cable ties (1) (Ref. ESPM 204610).

B. Close Access
(1) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2) Close these access panels:
(a) For the left pylon: - 414FR, 414CR, 414AR
(b) For the right pylon: - 424ER, 424CR, 424AR, 423FL
(c) For the left wing: - 521BT, 521EB, 521CB, 521AB
(d) For the right wing: - 621BT, 621EB, 621CB, 621AB
(3) In the zone 131, close the sidewall and partition panels (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-400-003) and (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(a) For the left IDG feeders: - 131PW, 131MW
(b) For the right IDG feeders:
-132PW, 132MW
(4)
Close the FWD cargo-compartment door 825AR (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(6) Remove the access platform(s). R **ON A/C 151-199, 401-499,
