Make sure that the applicable fuel tank is defueled (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001).

Make sure that the remaining fuel has been drained from the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-003).

Make sure that the access platform is below the access panel 640AB.
(4)
Make sure that the access panel 640AB is removed (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-002), (Ref. TASK 57-27-11-000-001).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Clean the component interfaces and the adjacent areas with a MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003) made moist with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-026).
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.

B. Installation of the Ultracomp NOTE : You must bond the mating surfaces of the ultracomp (19) (Ref. TASK

28-42-48-991-001) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-043).
(1)
Put the ultracomp (19) in position on the support bracket (16).
(2)
Install the washers (17) and the bolts (18).
(3)
Apply SEALANTS (Material No. 09-001) to the bolts (18) and the washers (17).

(4)
Remove the blanking caps from the connectors of the electrical cables
(1), (2) and (3).
(5)
Put the connectors of the electrical cables (1), (2) and (3) in position on the correct connections on the ultracomp (19) (refer to the marker sleeves on the electrical connectors (1), (2) and (3)).
(6)
Install the washers (4), (5) and (9) and the nuts (6), (7) and (8).
(7)
TORQUE the nut (6) to between 28 and 48 lbf.in (0.31 and 0.54 m.daN).
(8)
TORQUE the nut (7) to between 23 and 27 lbf.in (0.25 and 0.30 m.daN).
(9)
TORQUE the nut (8) to between 10 and 14 lbf.in (0.11 and 0.15 m.daN).
(10)
Remove the blanking caps from the connectors of the electrical cables
(14) and (15).
(11)
Put the connectors of the the electrical cables (14) and (15) in position on the correct connections on the ultracomp (19) (refer to the marker sleeves on the electrical connectors (14) and (15)).
(12)
Install the washers (12) and (13) and the nuts (10) and (11).
(13)
TORQUE the nut (10) to between 10 and 14 lbf.in (0.11 and 0.15 m.daN).
