 Make sure that the two side stick controllers are in the neutral position and that there is no priority on them.

 Do an automatic start of engine 2 (Ref. TASK 71-00-00-710-003), or do the dry motoring of engine 2 (Ref. TASK 71-00-00-710-001).

 NOTE : When you do the dry motoring, obey the starter limits.

 Make sure that the pressure in the Yellow hydraulic system is 3000 psi (206.8427 bar).

 Extend and retract the spoilers (Ref. TASK 27-64-00-710-001). NOTE : Operate only the spoilers and ignore the specific test

____ procedure of the system which is described in the referenced task.

 Move one of the two side stick controllers not less than five times to the left and then to the right position to operate the ailerons.

 (10)
 Pull and push the side stick controller not less than five times to operate the elevators.

 (11)
 Put the side stick controller to the neutral position.

 (12)
 Push the left rudder pedal (on one of the two rudder pedal pairs) and then the right rudder pedal not less than five times fully forward to operate the rudder.

 (13)
 Put the rudder pedals to the neutral position.

 (14)
 Turn the pitch-trim control wheel to the nose-down and then to the nose-up position to operate the trimmable horizontal stabilizer.

 (15) Turn the pitch-trim control wheel to the 0 position.
 (16) Extend the flaps fully (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-008).
 (17) Retract the flaps to the 0 position (Ref. TASK 27-50-00-866-009).
 (18) Shut down the engine 2 (Ref. TASK 71-00-00-710-028), or stop the dry motoring of the engine 2 (Ref. TASK 71-00-00-710-001).
 (19) Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system with the electric pump (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-863-001).
 (20) Open and close the cargo-compartment doors not less than five times (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001) and (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
 (21) Depressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-864-001).
 (22) Do the subsequent steps to make sure that there is no air in the hydraulic system:
 (a) Do a check of the fluid level of the Yellow reservoir.
 (b) If it is necessary to add fluid: 
R  1_ Depressurize the reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
 2_ Keep the reservoir depressurization valve (3087GM) open and fill the reservoir (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).
 (c) Make sure that the air pressure in the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is not less than 50 psi (3.4473 bar). If necessary, pressurize the reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002). 
R  (d) Read the gage of the Yellow reservoir and record the fluid level.
 (e) Depressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system. (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-001). 
R  (f) After 5 minutes, read the gage again and record the fluid level. 
R  (g) Compare the two levels.

R R  (h) If the difference between the two levels is more than 1 liter, do the bleeding procedure again. 
R  NOTE : Do not do the bleeding procedure more than two times.____ 
R R R R R R R R  (i) If the result is not satisfactory after you do the bleeding two times you must: - do the bleeding procedure of the Yellow hydraulic system upstream of the engine pump (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-870-004) - do the bleeding procedure of the Yellow hydraulic system upstream of the PTU (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-870-005) - do the bleeding procedure of the Yellow hydraulic system upstream of the Yellow E-Pump (Ref. TASK 29-00-00-870-006).

 A. Put the aircraft back to the serviceable condition.
 (1) Make sure that the level of the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).
 (2) Make sure that the air pressure in the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system is not less than 50 psi (3.4473 bar). If necessary pressurize the reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
