-install the bolts (65) and (76) and the nuts (66)and (74)

put the lower bracket (72) and the support bracket (78) in position and install the bolts (71) and the nuts (77)

put the top bracket (67) in position and install the bolts (68), the washers (69) and the nuts (64).

put the support bracket (63) in position on the rib supports (75) and the top bracket (67).
-install the bolts (61), (80) and (81) and the nuts (60), (70) and (79).

Put the end of the bonding strap (41) in position on the duct (37).
(b)
Install the screw (42), the washer (40) and the nut (39) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

Install the duct (3) as given before.

Put the duct (52) in position adjacent to the duct (94).

Install the clamp (53) and tighten the clamp nut to between 0.39 and 0.51 m.daN (34.51 and 45.13 lbf.in).

Put the end of the bonding strap (41) in position on the duct (52).
(d)
Install the screw (50), the washer (51) and the nut (54) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(e)
Install the duct (37) as given before.

R (a) Install the new seal (98) in the end of the duct (94).
(b)
Put the duct (94) in position in the duct box (104) and correctly align it with the duct (52).
(c)
Install the clamp (53) and TORQUE the clamp nut to between 0.39 and 0.51 m.daN (34.51 and 45.13 lbf.in).
(d)
Put the ends of the bonding straps (96) and (97) in position on the duct (94).
(e)
Install the screw (95), the washer (101) and the nut (100) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

To install the duct box (104) with the duct (94) removed: (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 30-11-42-991-002, 403/TASK 30-11-42-991-003)
(a)
Put the duct box (104) in position and install the bolts (106) and (102) and the washers (103) and (105).
(b)
Safety the bolts (106) and (102) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

Install the telescopic duct (Ref. TASK 30-11-41-400-001).

Put the end of the bonding strap (109) in position on the duct box (104).

Install the screw (110), the washer (108) and the nut (107)

E. Complete the Installation Procedure
(1)
Use STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-016) and paint a red line across the nuts of the clamps (22) and (53). (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 30-11-42-991-002)

Install the applicable insulation muff(s) (1), (9), (46), (93) and
(99) and safety with the new MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-001).
