   1-450.9  U.S. ARMY 766th ORDNANCE COMPANY      (EMERGENCY ORDNANCE DISPOSAL)
    1-450.91  U.S. Army 766th E.O.D., Cape Canaveral, Patrick AFB, Florida, shall be notified by the Airport Police of a bomb/explosive device threat emergency as outlined in this manual.

representative, is authorized to request the services of the 766th Ordnance Detachment from Cape Canaveral, for the disposition of (non-military) explosive devices found on an aircraft or in the Terminal. 
  1-460 HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY EMERGENCY  DISPATCH  OPERATIONS
 1-460.1   Hillsborough County Emergency Dispatch Operations Dispatcher when informed by the TFR Dispatch of an Alert III or other emergency  situation requiring county assistance shall dispatch Hillsborough County Fire Rescue units to the staging area by the East Fire Station at the Airport (shown on Annex B).
1-460.2   The Hillsborough County Emergency Dispatch Operations Dispatcher will notify the Hillsborough County Medical Director for Mass Casualty Planning in situations involving 15 or more casualties. 
1-460.3   Hillsborough County Emergency Dispatch Operations Dispatcher will notify the Director of Emergency Operations Center.
1-470 HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT  
1-470.1   Emergency Management shall be notified by Hillsborough County Emergency Dispatch Operations in every situation that requires their participation or advice.  In the event of a major incident, Emergency Management will activate the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) which will coordinate requests for assistance and resources from County Government. 
1-470.2   Emergency Management will be requested to coordinate County activities in case of an incident/accident that involves: 
-
Major disasters:  Accidental and Natural. 

-
Major aircraft crashes involving 15 or more casualties. 

1-480 HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FIRE RESCUE
1-480.1 Hillsborough County Fire Rescue provides ambulance services in the unincorporated County and shall be notified by TFR Dispatch in every situation that requires their participation.

1-490 AMERICAN RED CROSS
The Red Cross will be notified by Hillsborough County Emergency Operations when needed.  The Red Cross will dispatch a representative to the Incident Command Post.  While at the command post, the representative will log any information relative to patients being transported such as the patient’s name, extent of injuries and condition.
The Incident Commander informs the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) when each patient is ready to be transported and the nature of their injuries.
The EOC evaluates the patient’s condition and extent of injuries and advises the Incident Commander of the hospital to which the patient should be transported.
The Red Cross representative at the command post should document that information. 
The Red Cross will station a representative at each of the hospitals which will be receiving patients as a result of the incident. 
The Red Cross representative will document all information available when the patient arrives at the hospital, such as their identity, condition, etc.
