WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR.
CAUTION : TOP UP THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL IN THE ELECTROHYDRAULIC GENERATOR RESERVOIR.
23) Close the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off" type circuit-breaker and make the electrohydraulic generator operate until the landing gear is fully retracted.
24) Remove the vinyl hose and blank off union (22) on the firewall with a cap AN820-4D.
25) Disconnect main landing gear extension LP hoses (26) and (29) at unions (27) and (28).
26) Connect vinyl hoses to unions (27) and (28).
27) Remove the cap from LP outlet union (3) of the electrohydraulic generator and connect LP line (1) - refer to 20-00-02.
28) Open the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off' type circuit-breaker and set the landing gear control lever to "DN" position.
CAUTION : TOP UP THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL IN THE ELECTROHYDRAULIC GENERATOR RESERVOIR.
29) Close the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off" type circuit-breaker and make the electrohydraulic generator operate until the hydraulic fluid flows (without air bubbles). Open the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off' type circuit-breaker.
30) Remove the vinyl hoses and connect main landing gear LP hoses (26) and (29) to unions (27) and (28) -refer to 20-00-02.
31) Remove the blanking cap from union (22) on the firewall and connect a vinyl hose to this union.
CAUTION : TOP UP THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL IN THE ELECTROHYDRAULIC GENERATOR RESERVOIR.
32) Close the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off type circuit-breaker and make the electrohydraulic generator operate until the hydraulic fluid flows (without air bubbles). Open the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off' type circuit-breaker.
33) Remove the vinyl hose and connect nose landing gear LP hose (23) to union (22) located on the firewall - refer to 20-00-02.
WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR.
CAUTION : TOP UP THE HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL IN THE ELECTROHYDRAULIC GENERATOR RESERVOIR.
34) Close the "LDG GEAR" "pull-off' type circuit-breaker and make the electrohydraulic generator operate until the landing gear is fully extended.
35) Make sure the level of hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001) in the electrohydraulic generator reservoir is correct - refer to Paragraph 1.
WARNING : PRIOR TO ANY LANDING GEAR OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR AREA IS CLEAR.
36) Check landing gear control linkage and indicating system - refer to 32-30-00.
37) Check for hydraulic fluid leaks or seepage.
38) Make sure the level of hydraulic fluid (TB 02-001) in the electrohydraulic generator reservoir is correct - refer to Paragraph 1.
