Install the lower shroud bracket (155, -155A, -155B, -155C,) and stew step assembly

(280) with rivets (160, -160A, 285).

To assemble the pivot assembly (200), (Refer to IPL FIG 13).

Align the pivot assembly (200) and washer / spacer (210) with the endbay panels, inner and outer (185, -185A, 190,-190A). Attach with the bolt (205), washer (215), and nut (220).

Attach the endbay panels (185, -185A, 190,-190A) together with the screws (195).

(9)  
Attach the bolt (180) and washer (175).

(10)  
Install the hook-and-pile fastenings (305, 310, 315, 320, -325), shroud support foam (-330), transfer tape (-335), foam tape (-340), and foam pad (150).

(11)  
Attach the lower cap shroud (95) and outer shroud (100) with the screws (105), hinge pin stop (120), rivets (105, 110), and pile fastening (-115).

(12)  
Attach the inner shroud (130) with the rivets (135, 140) and screw (145).

H. Assembly of the Endbay Assembly (Continued) (Refer to IPL FIG 12)

Install and route the recline control (35) and spacer (-40).

(14)  
Attach the endbay rubstrip (75) by sliding the rear rubstrip so as to engage the screws

(80) on the keyways.

(15)  
Attach the rearcap rubstrip (85) with the screws (90).

(16)  
Attach the frontcap rubstrip (55) by pressing it into position at the front of the endbay assembly.

(17)  
Attach the endbay escutcheon (60) with the screws (65, 70).

(18)  
Attach the upper heelcap (45) with the screws (50).

(19)  
Attach the armcap assembly (5, -5A) with the screws (10) and washers (15).

(20)  
Install the set screw (225).

NOTE:  Torque the pivot assembly attachment bolt (205) enough to require 5 - 7 pounds of force, at the finger pull, to rotate the foodtray assembly. 
NOTE:  Torque the pivot assembly attachment nut (FIG 13, Item 30) enough to require 3 - 5 pounds of force, at the finger pull, to swivel the foodtray assembly. 

J.  Installation of the Endbay (Refer to IPL FIG 11)
(1)  
Carefully lift the endbay assembly (5) into position on the frame assembly.

(2)  
Attach the endbay assembly (5) with the bolts (10) and screw (15).

(3)  
Tighten the bolts (10). NOTE: Torque the bolt (10) at the front stretcher.

(4)  
Route and connect the recline control.

K.  Assembly and Installation of the Foodtray Assembly (Refer to IPL FIGS 9 and 10)
