K. Assembly and Installation of the Foodtray Assembly (Continued) (Refer to IPL FIGS 9 and 10)

Assemble the slide plate assembly (10-30), O-rings (10-50) and slide rod (10-55) and attach with the screws (10-65) and slide rod retainers (10-60).
(4)
Attach the foodtray lift handle (10-70) with the screws (10-75).
(5)
Install the foodtray assembly (9-5) onto the endbay assembly with the pin (9-10).
(6)
Adjust the set screws (REF IPL FIG 10, Item -25, 10-40) as required.
L. Assembly of the Center Console Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 8)
(1)
Attach the peanut tray assemblies (50, 55) with screws (60), washers (65), washer / spacer (70, 75), spacer bushing (80) and pivot bushing (85).
(2)
Attach the side shrouds (155, 160) with the plastic rivets (165) and screw (170).
(3)
Install screws (170).
(4)
If applicable, install the latch assemblies (355);
(a)
Install the latch (350) from the latch plate (355) by removing the pin (360) and spring (365).
(b)
Install the latch plate (370) from the console by removing the screws (375), nuts (390), washers (385), and nut (390).
(5)
Attach the screws (25) and washers (30) to the cocktail table assembly (20). Align the screws (35) in the keyways on the console structure and slide the cocktail table assembly backwards to engage the screws. Adjust the screws (25), as required, to produce a snug fit. When the screws have been properly adjusted and the cocktail table assembly is in place, attach screws (35).

Attach screws (145) to the console structure. Align the keyways on the armcap assembly (140) onto the screws (145) and slide the armcap assembly (140) into position. Adjust the screws (145), as required, to produce a snug fit. When the screws
(170) have been properly adjusted and the armcap assembly (140) is in place, attach screw (150).

Attach the screws (10) to the heelcap assembly (5). Align the screws (10) in the keyways on the console structure and slide the heelcap assembly (5) downwards to engage the screws. Adjust the screws (10), as required, to produce a snug fit. When the screws (10) have been properly adjusted and the heelcap assembly (5) is in place, attach screw (15).

Install the PCUs (40, -45).
