Route and connect the harnesses (Refer to Section 2000 - Schematic and Wiring Diagrams).

Attach the center console assembly (5) with the screws (10) and washers (15).
N. Assembly of the Seatpan Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 6)
(1)
Attach the pivot arms (50, 55) by attaching the screws (60), washers (65), and nuts (70).
(2)
Instal the bottom diaphragm loop assembly (10) and contour foam pad assembly (15) to the welded seatpan assembly (45).
(3)
Attach the diaphragm assembly tube (35) to the pivot arms (50, 55) and slide the bottom diaphragm assembly (5). Attach the plug caps (40).
(4)
Reconnect the bottom diaphragm assembly (5) from the welded seatpan assembly (45) by engaging the hook-and-pile fastening (20, -25, -30) and secure with the zipper.
P. Installation of the Seatpan Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 5)
(1) Attach the seatpan assembly (5) to the backrest assembly by removing the screws (10), washers (15), bushings (20), and washer / spacers (25).
Q. Assembly of the Back Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 4)

Attach the roller support bracket (130) and the roller assemblies (160, 165) by attaching the covers (190), screws (170), stop assembly (175), washers (180), and spacers (185).
(2)
Attach the headrest friction blocks and support bracket (130, 135) by attaching the screws (140), washers (145), springs (150), and spacers (155).
(3)
Attach the spring assemblies (115) by Attaching the screws (120) and washers (125).
(4)
Instal the spacers (75, 80, 90), and screws (85, 95).
(5)
Attach the recline arm (35) by attaching the screws (40, 45), washers (50), spacers (55, 60, 65), and nuts (70).
(6)
Attach the hydrolok (100) by attaching the screw (105) and nut (110).

(7) Rebond and remove the back cushion assembly (5), back pad (20), fabric support assembly (10), and protex fireblock (-15), as required.
R. Installation of the Back Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 3)
(1)
Carefully lift the back frame / cushion assembly (5) onto the seat assembly.
(2)
Attach the back frame / cushion assembly (5) from the spreader assembly, at the non-hydrolok side, by removing the bolt (45), washer (50), bushings (55, 60), and washer / spacer (65).
(3)
Attach the back frame / cushion assembly (5) onto the spreader assembly, at the hydraulic lock side, by attaching the bolt (10), washer (15), bushings (20, 25), washer / spacer (30), washer (35), and nut (40).
