Reconnect the hydrolok from the spreader assembly by removing the nuts (70)      
and washers (75).

(5)  
Attach the control line from the hydrolok.

(6)  
Attach the seatpan assembly from the back frame / cushion assembly (5).

S.  Assembly of the Headrest Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 2)
(1)  
Attach the slide plate assembly (45) onto the center body assembly (5) by        attaching the bolt (50), washers (55, 60, 70), washer / spacer (65), and nut (75).

(2)  
Attach the ear assemblies (10, 15) from the center body assembly (5) by       
attaching the bolt (20), washers (25, 30), washer / spacer (35), and nut (40).

T.  Installation of the Headrest and Back Dress Covers (Refer to IPL FIG 1)
(1)  
Attach the back cover assemblies (35) by disengaging the hook-and-pile fastening. Attach the lumbar cushion assemblies (40).

(2)  
Attach the headrest assemblies (30) by sliding the headrest upwards and releasing the latch. Attach the headrest cover assemblies (25) from the headrest assembly (30) by engaging the hook-and-pile fastening.

T.  Installation of the Headrest and Back Dress Covers (Continued)
(Refer to IPL FIG 1)

NOTE:  Ensure that 6-8 pounds of force will consistently rotate the headrest ears, and that 10-12 pounds of force will consistently slide the headrest. The force must be exerted at the end of the ear and top of the headrest.
U.  Installation of the Bottom Cushion and Seat Belt
(Refer to IPL FIG 1)

(1)  
Attach the bottom cushion assemblies (15) by firmly fixing to the hook-and-pile fastening on the seat diaphragm. Attach the bottom cover assemblies (10) onto the bottom cushion assemblies (15) by engaging the hook-and-pile fastening.

(2)  
To attach the bottom cushions assemblies (15) to the seat pan, attach the hook and pile fasteners by doing the following:

(a)  
Place the front of the cushion tight to the diaphragm tube.

(b)  
Ensure that the hook-and-pile fasteners on the cushion and diaphragm tube align.

(c)  
Push the cushion securely in place from the front of the cushion to the rear.

(d)  
Confirm that the cushion is sitting firmly against the diaphragm and seated securely.

(3)  
Attach the lap belt assemblies (20).

5.  Dress Cover Assemblies Installation
Be careful when installing dress covers so they will look good. Apply the dress cover on the foam smoothly. Work the cover with the palm of the hand so the cover is in position before it is locked down. The fold of all cord seams must be on the top or the bottom, the front or the rear, but not on the side of the foam.
