Refer to Figure 701 for the installation position of the A1, A2, A3, and

(1) Put the A1 card [1-45/46] into the card slot and fully connect it to
the A5CN19 connector on the A5 card [1-115].
NOTE: The A4 card [1-60] has the same connector as that of the A1
card [1-45/46]. Identification is easy because the A4 card
has heat sink assemblies.
(2) Put the A4 card [1-60] into the card slot and fully connect it to
the A5CN5 connector on the A5 card [1-115].
(3) Connect the cable from the fan assembly [1-65] to the A4CN402
connector on the A4 card [1-60].
(4) Put the A3 card [1-55] into the card slot and fully connect it to
the A5CN6 connector on the A5 card [1-115].

(5) Go to:
· Step (6) for part number RD-AA5002-12 or RD-AA5002-22
· Step (7) for part number RD-AA5002-23
· Step (8) for part number RD-AA5002-25.
(6) Put the A2 cards [1-50] into the card slots and fully connect them
to the A5CN7 thru A5CN18 connector on the A5 card [1-115].
(7) Install the A2 cards [1-51 and 1-52] as follows:
(a) Put the 50-W input A2 cards [1-51] into the card slots and fully
connect them to the A5CN7 thru A5CN17 connectors on the A5 card
[1-115].
(b) Put the 100-W input A2 card [1-52] into the card slot and fully
connect them to the A5CN18 connector on the A5 card [1-115].
(8) Install the A2 cards [1-53 and 1-54] as follows:
(a) Put the 50-W input A2 cards [1-53] into the card slots and fully
connect them to the A5CN7 thru A5CN12 connectors on the A5 card
[1-115].
(b) Put the 100-W input A2 cards [1-54] into the card slots and
fully connect them to the A5CN13 thru A5CN18 connectors on the
A5 card [1-115].
B. Installation of A8 and A5 Cards
(1) Install the A5 card [1-115] with 4 spacers [1-100] and 4 screws [1-
120].
(2) Connect the four coax contacts of the coax cable assemblies [1-175]
from the J1 connector [1-185] to the A5CN6 connector on the A5 card
[1-115] as follows:

Middle Plug 1 To J1-1
Middle plug 2 To J1-2
