4.4.2.6.4.8 Speed change. A constant acceleration or deceleration shall be randomly selected for each aircraft
performing a speed change in a given encounter, and shall be applied for the duration of the encounter. Accelerations
shall be uniformly distributed between 2 kt/s and 6 kt/s. Decelerations shall be uniformly distributed between 1 kt/s and
3 kt/s.
