B. Connect the Ground Service Equipment
WARNING : MAKE SURE THAT THE GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT IS APPROVED FOR THE
_______ OXYGEN SYSTEM. GROUND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT THAT IS NOT APPROVED CAN CAUSE CONTAMINATION OF THE SYSTEM AND INJURY TO PERSONS.
(1)
Remove the cap from the oxygen test port 7504WR1.
(2)
Connect the GROUND PRESSURE SOURCE (Nitrogen A_A_59503, Type 1, Class 1, Grade B) with pressure measuring device and a shut-off valve, a vent device and an overpressure device to the oxygen test port 7504WR1.

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1WR, 2WR.

D. Functional Check of the Passenger Oxygen System

1. At the ground pressure source:
-Operate the ground pressure
source and slowly pressurize
the intermediate lines to 10
bar (145.0377 psi).
2. On the overhead panel 21VU: On the overhead panel 21VU:
-Lift the switch guard and push - The SYS ON indicator light comes on. the MASK MAN ON pushbutton switch.
In the cabin:
-The doors of all emergency oxygen containers open.
3. At the bleed vent valve 7503WR: At the bleed vent valve 7503WR:
-Check the flow out of the bleed - Make sure that there is a sufficient vent valve. flow out of the bleed vent valve.

4. On the maintenance panel 50VU:
-Push the TMR RESET pushbutton switch.
5. On the oxygen test port 7504WR3:
-Put the TEST TOOL - MANUAL RELEASE on the oxygen test port 7504WR3 to release the pressure from the system.
6. On the Forward Attendant Panel (FAP) 120RH:
-Push the PRE REC ANN. STOP pushbutton switch.
Subtask 35-23-00-865-075On the maintenance panel 50VU:
-
The ON indicator light on the TMRRESET pushbutton switch comes on.
On the maintenance panel 50VU, after 5 seconds:
-
The ON indicator light on the TMR RESET pushbutton switch goes off.
On the panel 21VU:
-
The SYS ON indicator light goes off.
On the overhead panel 20VU:
-Make sure that the LO PR indication on the POXIP comes on at 5.5 +0.7 -0.7 bar (79.8 +10.1 -10.1 psi).
On the panel 21VU:
-The SYS ON indicator light goes off.
E. Open, safety and tag this(these) circuit breaker(s):
1WR, 2WR.

F. Disconnect the ground service equipment
(1)
Disconnect the ground pressure source and the test equipment from the oxygen test port 7504WR1.
(2)
Install the cap on the oxygen test port 7504WR1.
(3)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

In the cabin, put CAP - BLANKING on the bleed vent valve 7503WR.
(2)
In the cargo compartment, disconnect the distribution system lines from the oxygen regulators 910WR1 and 910WR2.
(3)
Put PLUG - BLANKING, PRESSURE on the disconnected line ends.
(4)
Put the disconnected line ends into a sealed BAG - VINYL.
(5)
Remove the cap from the oxygen test port 7504WR2.
(6)
Connect the GROUND PRESSURE SOURCE (Nitrogen A_A_59503, Type 1, Class 1, Grade B) with pressure measuring device and a shut-off valve, a vent device and an overpressure device to the oxygen test port 7504WR2.

H. Pressure Holding/ Decay Check of the Distribution Network
(1)
Operate the ground pressure source and slowly pressurize the distribution system lines to 6.3 +0.1 -0.1 bar (91.3737 +1.4503 -1.4503 psi).
(2)
After stabilization of the pressure close the shut-off valve on the ground pressure source.
(3)
Record the test medium pressure and the temperature.
