 (b)  Open the AFCS A FCC DC circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (c) (d)  Make sure that the F/D indication (in the amber box) comes into view on the captain's EADI.Close the AFCS A FCC DC circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (e) (f) (g)  Wait appoximately 30 seconds.Make sure that the F/D indication (in the amber box) goes out of view in the captain's EADI.Open the AFCS B FCC DC circuit breaker on the P6-2 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (h)  Make sure that the F/D indication (in the amber box) comes into view in the first officer's EADI.
 (i)  Close the AFCS B FCC DC circuit breaker on the P6-2 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (j) (k)  Wait approximately 30 seconds.Make sure that the F/D indication (in the amber box) goes out of view in the first officer's EADI.
 (l) (m)  Engage the autopilot channel A in the CMD mode.Open the AFCS A ENGAGE INTLK A circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (n) (o)  Make sure that these occur: 1) The autopilot A disengages. 2) The autopilot warning light flashes. 3) The warning horn comes on.Push the A/P warning light on the captain's Autoflight Status Annunciator, P1.
 (p) (q)  Make sure that these occur: 1) The warning light goes off. 2) The warning horn stops.Make sure that it is not possible to engage the autopilot channel A in the CWS or CMD mode.
 (r)  Close the AFCS A ENGAGE INTLK A on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (s) (t)  Engage the autopilot channel B in the CMD mode.Open the AFCS B ENGAGE INTLK B circuit breaker on the P6-2 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (u) (v)  Make sure that these occur: 1) The autopilot B disengages. 2) The warning light flashes. 3) The warning horn comes on.Push the A/P warning light on the first officer's Autoflight Status Annunciator, P3.
 (w) (x)  Make sure that these occur: 1) The warning light goes off. 2) The warning horn stops.Make sure that it is not possible to engage the autopilot channel B in the CWS or CMD mode.
 (y)  Close the AFCS B ENGAGE INTLK B circuit breaker on the P6-2 Circuit Breaker Panel.

 (z)  Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to show the POS INIT page or PERF INIT page. (aa) Push the LSK adjacent to <INDEX to show the INIT REF INDEX 1/1 page. (ab) Push the LSK adjacent to MAINT> to show the MAINT BITE INDEX 1/1 page. (ac) Push the LSK adjacent to <DFCS to show the DFCS BITE TEST LINE MAINT 1/2 page. (ad) Push the NEXT PAGE key on the CDU keyboard to show the DFCS
 BITE TEST OVERNIGHT MAINT 2/2 page. (ae) Push the LSK adjacent to <GROUND FUNCTIONAL TEST.
 NOTE: The CDU display will show TEST IN PROGRESS during the
____
 13-second cross-channel test.

 (af) Follow the CDU instructions until the CDU display shows the CHANNEL SELECTION page.
 (ag) Push the LSK adjacent to <CHANNEL A to show the FCC memory contents of channel A.
 (ah) Push the LSK adjacent to <TEST SELECTION.
 (ai) Use the CDU keyboard to put the library test No. 33 into the scratchpad.
 (aj) Push the LSK 6R to put the library test No. 33 on the screen and in the memory.
 (ak) Open the AFCS A MACH TRIM DC on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (al) Push the LSK adjacent to <EXECUTE to do the test 60.33 (Mach Trim Surface Test).
 (am) Follow the instructions as shown on the CDU display but keep the AFCS A MACH TRIM DC circuit breaker open.
 (an) Make sure that the CDU shows "TEST FAILED".
 (ao) Close the AFCS A MACH TRIM DC circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (ap) Open the AFCS A MACH TRIM AC circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (aq) Push the LSK adjacent to RERUN> to do the test 60.33 again.
 (ar) Make sure that the CDU shows "TEST FAILED".
 (as) Close the AFCS A MACH TRIM AC circuit breaker on the P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel.
 (at) Do the steps (z) thru (af) until the CDU display shows the CHANNEL SELECTION page.
 (au) Push the LSK adjacent to <CHANNEL B to show the FCC memory contents of channel B.
