2) FOR THE C49001-1 TOOL KIT; Install the cap assembly to the electrical connector and electrical receptacle for the inlet door actuator.
3) FOR THE F80136-33 TOOL KIT; Do these steps: a) Install a cap on the electrical connector D922 for the
inlet door actuator. b) Attach the electrical harness with the cap chain to the
airplane structure with the braid. c) Install a cap on the actuator electrical receptacle. d) Attach the cap chain to the receptacle attachment
screw.
4) Close the air inlet door:
NOTE: It is not necessary to do the steps in this
____ paragraph if the air inlet door is usually in the closed position.
a) Disconnect the pushrods from the actuator arms.
b) FOR THE C49001-1 TOOL KIT; Install the spacers to the pushrods for the inlet door actuator.
c) Remove the bolts and washers from the actuator arms. d) Remove the actuator arms from the air inlet door. e) Move the actuator arms until it is in the door closed
position.
NOTE: The door closed position is 40 degrees from
____ the centerline of the inlet door actuator.
f) Install the actuator arms to the inlet door actuator with the bolts and washers. g) Attach the pushrods to the actuator arms with the bolts, nuts and washers. h) If the air inlet door is not in the closed position, adjust the air inlet door (AMM 49-15-00/501).

(4) Install the exhaust muffler plug (Fig. 205):
(a)
Connect the strap assembly to the exhaust plug with the hook.
(b)
Put the exhaust plug in the exhaust fairing until it touches the exhaust muffler.
NOTE: The handle of the exhaust plug must point in the aft
____ direction. You must pull the strap assembly forward so it can connect to the front of the exhaust muffler.

(c) If it is necessary for a better fit, remove a minimum quantity of material from the four bumper blocks on the exhaust plug.
NOTE: The four bumper blocks must have a minimum contact
____ of 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) with the exhaust muffler.
(d)
Attach the hook assembly to the forward end of the exhaust muffler.
(e)
Put the pad between the hook assembly and the exhaust muffler.
(f)
Attach the pad to the hook assembly with the braid.
(g)
Pull the strap assembly to hold the exhaust plug tightly.

(5) Do the deactivation of the APU compartment (Fig. 206):
(a) Put a cap on the bleed air duct:
1) Remove the flexible coupling, the duct end, the clamp and the gasket from the bleed air duct.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the electrical connector from
____ the bleed air valve. This permits the bleed air valve to be monitored with the light for the dual bleed indication.
a) Discard the gasket. 2) Install a cap on the bleed air duct. 3) Attach the cap to the bleed air duct with the clamp.
(b)
Put the pressure cap on the fuel inlet line: 1) Remove the fuel inlet hose from the fuel inlet line in the upper shroud.
2) Install the pressure cap on the fuel inlet line in the upper shroud.
(c)
Install the pressure cap on the air line fitting for the bleed load control in the upper shroud.
(d)
Make sure there are caps on these electrical connectors in the upper shroud: 1) the receptacle for the generator control 2) the receptacle for the APU electrical generator 3) the receptacle for the starter motor 4) the receptacle for the APU harness 5) the receptacle for the exhaust gas temperature (EGT)
