 (c)  Tighten the tube coupling nut to a torque of 140-160
 pound-inches (15.8-18.0 N.m).
 NOTE:____ Hold the coupling with a wrench while you tighten
 the nut at the heat exchanger.
 (d)  Install a lockwire on the tube coupling nut.

 (a)  
Lubricate the threads on the tube coupling nut with an antigalling compound.

 (b)  
Connect the fuel supply tube (18) to the heat exchanger (23) with the tube coupling nut.

Tighten the coupling nut to a torque of 140-160 pound-inches (15.8-18.0 N.m).

 NOTE: Hold the coupling with a wrench while you tighten
____ the nut at the heat exchanger.
 (d)  Install a lockwire on the tube coupling nut.

 Do these steps to install the valve drain tube (9):

 (a)  
Connect the drain tube (9) to the heat exchanger (23) and the drain manifold with the tube coupling nuts.

 (b)  
Tighten the tube coupling nuts to a torque of 140-160 pound-inches (15.8-18.0 N.m.).

 NOTE: Hold the coupling with a wrench while you tighten
____ the nut at the heat exchanger.

 Do these steps to connect the oil-in tube (11):

 (a)  
Lubricate the threads of the three bolts (13) with engine oil.

 (b)  
Connect the oil-in adapter (10) to the heat exchanger (23) with the three bolts (13).

 (c)  
Tighten the bolts (13) to a torque of 85-95 pound-inches (76.3-84.7 N.m).

 (d)  
Install a lockwire on the bolts (13).

 Do these steps to install the electrical receptacle on the valve:

 (a)  
Remove the cover from the electrical receptacle on the valve.

 (b)  
Put the receptacle and the harness bracket (16) on the bracket on the stator vane actuator support.

 (c)  
Make sure that the holes in the connector flange align with the holes in the bracket.

 (d)  
Lubricate the bolts (17) with an antigalling compound.

 (e)  
Connect the receptacle with the bolts (17).

 (4.1-4.5 N.m.).

 (a)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts (44) with engine oil.

 (b)  
Install the clamps (43)to the servo fuel return tube with the bolts (44), and the nuts (42).

 (c)  
Tighten the bolts to a torque of 36-40 pound-inches
 (4.1-4.5 N.m).
