出口國適航當(dāng)局和民航總局的責(zé)任

(1) 對于按雙邊協(xié)議批準(zhǔn)或接受的任何進(jìn)出口產(chǎn)品或零部件，為有效解決其使用過程中出現(xiàn)的安全問題和使用困難，雙方應(yīng)按雙邊協(xié)議的約定保持密切協(xié)作。

(2) 出口國適航當(dāng)局應(yīng)將其認(rèn)為對出口航空產(chǎn)品和零部件持續(xù)適航和安全運(yùn)行所必需的任何強(qiáng)制性措施（如適航指令）通報(bào)給民航總局。同時(shí)，民航總局應(yīng)確保將其對進(jìn)口航空產(chǎn)品和零部件的所有強(qiáng)制性措施通報(bào)給該航空產(chǎn)品或零部件的出口國適航當(dāng)局。
