2. FLIGHT OPS DOC MANAGER USER’S PROFILES AND ASSOCIATED
FUNCTIONALITIES
2.1 Root profile
The Root user can launch the Flight Ops Doc Manager functionalities described in these parts.
These functionalities are accessible by (See Manual Responsible and Flight Ops Doc Manager

• User Manager window
• Function “Change password”
• Function “Create User”
• Function “Modify User”
• Function “De-activate User”
• Function “Re-activate User”
• Manual Manager window
• Function “Open Manual”
• Function “Preferences”
• Manual Explorer window
• Function “Versioning”, Cancel check-out document
User with “Root” profile cannot be de-activate nor edited.
The Root user’s password can be modified only by him.
