On the last screen, two progress bars display the advance of the freezing process. The first
progress bar represents the global process. The second bar represents the sub tasks of the
global process.
• “Freeze Data”
• “Publish Data” in LPC Doc Browser (FOCT) format
• “Publish PDF” in PDF (optional)
• “Publish RTF” in RTF (optional)
If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately and the modifications are
cancelled on the desk of the user and in the database.
At any time the user can interrupt the process by pressing the “Cancel” button. A popup
window is displayed to confirm the cancellation. If the process is interrupted, specific
information are displayed in the central panel.
In the last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button
appears in the place of the cancel button.
A successful freeze process launches a publish process on the Working release.

The published manual can be downloaded from the manual manager panel. In the history
tab: see § 4.1.2 Function “History tab”.
3.2.5 Function “Dispatch Manual”
The functionality “Dispatch Manual” enables users to shift from the Pending release of the
manual data to the Airline R release.
Activation condition:
The connected user must be authenticated with the following profile:
• Manual responsible profile
A manual must be selected in the Manual Manager tree.
Description:
The Airline R release contains the Pending release.
The authorized user may activate the “Dispatch Manual” functionality by the menu item
“Dispatch”.

Alternatively, the authorized user may activate the “Dispatch Manual” functionality by the
toolbar button of the Manual manager window.
The functionality shows the corresponding Wizard “Dispatch manual”.

The user may launch the load process with the “Load” check box. It allows the user to
generate the load files.
