The “Edit” button enables editing revision mark. The “Edit” dialog is identical to the “Add”
dialog pre-filled with the revision mark information.
Example:
The user performed a modification in the body of the DU and need to add a revision bar
to highlight it to the users.
• Two revisions marks are automatically created. They don’t contain any highlight.
Delete both.
• Select “Add revision mark"
• Select the Xpath: click “Locate”.
• Select the element containing the modification. (This element shall have a lid
attribute, if not, edit your DU, set the lid and create again the revision mark). This
element can be the “para” containing the modification.
• Select the Change Code: R – revised
• Select the Revision type: content-rev
• Select the Revision origin: sol-origin
• In the Highlight table, click on: Add
• In the Highlight detail: set the date (use the format: YYYY-MM-DD)
• Set the Origin: author
• Set the Type: major
• Enter the text: i.e.: <parahl>Modification of the speed limit. Due to
SB.</parahl>
• Click on: Update
• Click on: Ok
A revision bar will be created in front of the element modified. It will not be displayed
with the preview DU, but it will be displayed after a manual publication.
