additional verification is done to detect if all Airbus versions have been loaded into Flight
Ops Doc Manager. So the “pre-revdate” of the new release must be equals to the “revdate”
of the former release. The “revdate” of the new release must be newer than the “revdate” of
the preceding release.
The system auto detects the situation and displays the manual according to “Manual
CREATION” or “Manual UPDATE”.

The “Generate preview” check-box enables user to not generate the preview files during the
load process and to decrease its length.
The preview is progressively generated in case of necessity as for the “Print” of one
Document Unit.
The user may notch the “Perform validation document unit” check box to perform validation
of the DU.

The user must confirm this analysis by notching the “confirm analysis” check box.
The “Load” button is now enabled. The user can start the process.
Note that only one load at a time can be performed on the same Flight Ops Doc Manager
server.
At any time, except at first step, the user can select the back button to return at the
preceding step. He can decide to quit the dialog box by pressing the “Cancel” button.

On the last screen, two progress bars display the advance of the loading process. The first
progress bar represents the global process. The second bar represents the sub tasks of the
global process:
• “Importing files”
• “Prepare data”
• “Load Prepared Data”
• “Revise Data”
In the center panel of the Wizard the detail of the advance of the process is also displayed
in the form of a percentage.
If errors occur during the process, this one stops immediately and the modifications are
cancelled on the desk of the user and in the database.
At any time the user can interrupt the process by pressing the cancel button. A popup
window is displayed to confirm the cancellation of the load. If the process is interrupted,
specific information are displayed in the center panel.
In the last step, if the process is cancelled or if the process terminates, a close button
appears in place of the cancel button.

3.2.4 Function “Freeze Manual”
The functionality “Freeze Manual” enables users to shift from the Airline working release of
the manual data to the Pending release.
