The user can type the product file name and path, or use the file chooser to do the same
task by pressing the “Browse” button.

When the “Product file” field is filled, the “Next” button becomes enabled, and the user can
move to the next step.

With the “Cancel” button, the user leaves the Load window.

If the manual type is AFM the user can choose to extract PSL “MCDL” from the manual and
to load it as manual.
When the user clicks on the “Next >” button a dedicated popup is displayed asking if he
wants to extract the PSL “CDL”.

If he clicks on “No” button, the user accesses the second step of the load process and will
load the AFM as a manual.
During this process the hascode of the manual is checked.
If he clicks on “Yes” the process of extraction is launched.

This process will also build AAT list (the aircrafts list linked to the manual).
At any time the user can interrupt the process by pressing the cancel button.
At the end of the process the “Next” button becomes enable. The user accesses the second
step of the load process to start loading the MCDL manual.
Second step, the system evaluates the validity of the XML file corresponding to the manual
the user wishes to load.
If it is not valid, an explanatory error message shows up in the upper panel of the wizard.

The central panel of the wizard specifies the characteristics of the manual being loaded.
If the product file is correct, Flight Ops Doc Manager tries to detect if the manual has
already been selected:
Update: the manual is already loaded (same manual code, product code, ac-set-type, acset-
value and cuscode) in Flight Ops Doc Manager. The application will update it. An
