所有技術(shù)試飛需事先申請(qǐng),并在得到空中
交通管制部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)后方可進(jìn)行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.

可以通過(guò)塔臺(tái)申請(qǐng)拖車(chē)服務(wù)。 Towing service is available via Tower Control.

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)長(zhǎng)春進(jìn)近或塔臺(tái)特殊許可外,在長(zhǎng)春
進(jìn)近管制區(qū)和塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的飛行,必須按照
儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Changchun Approach Control Area and Tower
Control Area shall operate under IFR unless special clearance has
been obtained from Changchun Approach Control or Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道西北側(cè),A、B 類(lèi)航空器
高300 米,C、D 類(lèi)航空器高400 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the northwest of RWY at the height
of 300m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 400m for aircraft CAT C/D.
