1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operations regulations
所有技術試飛需事先申請，并在得到空中
交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance and
conducted only after clearance has been obtained from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過塔臺申請引導車和拖車服務； a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Tower Control;
b. 禁止航空器在滑行道上做180°轉彎。 b. 180°turnaround on TWY is forbidden for all aircraft.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 未經塔臺同意，嚴禁航空器利用自身動
力倒滑；
a. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Tower Control clearance;
b. 在01－06 號停機位�？康暮娇掌黜氂�
牽引車推出；
b. Aircraft parking/docking at Stands 01-06 shall be pushed out
by tow tractors;
c. 發(fā)動機試車，需經塔臺許可，并在指定
的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近和客機坪
試大車。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Tower Control clearance, and
shall be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine runups
near boarding bridges or on apron are strictly forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經塔臺特殊許可外，在塔臺管制區(qū)內的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
C、D 類航空器：起落航線在跑道西側進
行，高度600 米； A、B 類航空器：起落航
線為左起落航線，高度450 米。
For aircraft CAT C/D: Traffic circuits shall be made to the west of
RWY at the altitude of 600m; for aircraft CAT A/B: left hand
circuits, at the altitude of 450m.
3. 塔臺管制區(qū)內的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上空等待或做機
動飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.
