LK Ultima
HIGHLY RELIABLE LARGE SCALE CMM
The LK Ultima presents an enhanced design featuring a
unique ‘I’ section bonded ceramic beam. The Ultima range of
large bridge-style CMMs offers two machine styles, with table
option, or on twin rails. Both are based around a common
modular design concept providing a highly reliable and easily
maintainable system across all machine sizes.
All of these machines offer extended table/rail lengths in
excess of 10m and can even be built in the ground. The LK
Ultima range of large machine sizes presents high accuracy
at affordable prices
The LK Ultima range supports a variety of probing solutions,
including touch-trigger digital, continuous-contact analog
and laser options, all fully interchangeable to facilitate the
measurement of geometric and free-form components.

BEST-IN-CLASS LAYOUT MACHINE
The LK LY90S is the best-in-class, all-purpose, mechanical
bearing ‘layout’ style horizontal arm machine. When cost
versus accuracy is at a premium, innovative use of metal and
carbon fi bre composite and large cross-sectional machine
axes make the LK LY90S unbeatable value for money.
Available as top or side mounted rail and table confi gurations,
machine capacities start from 1000mm x 1000mm x 1200mm
and range up to and above 10m x 2m x 3m. Single or multiple
columns can be supplied as sub-fl oor with walk-on X axis
covers or fl oor level installations, all with CNC and/or manual
control. Vector velocities in excess of 30 meters per minute
are achieved with repeatability maintaining 15 microns.
