 A. Installation of the Ground Service Panel Door of the Green Hydraulic System
 (1)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Put the access door (2) in the installation position.

 (4)
 Install the screws (1), the washers (17) and the nuts (16).

 (5)
 Install the bonding strap (15) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

 (6)
 If it was necessary to remove the spring bolt assembly, install it as follows:

 (a)
 Make sure that all parts of the removed spring bolt assembly are clean and in the correct condition.

 (b)
 Make sure that the bearing flange assy (7) and the hinge (19) are clean and in the correct condition.

 (c)
 Install the spring bolt (13) with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14) at the hinge (19).

 (d)
 Put the compression spring (12) and the guide (10) in position on the spring bolt (13).

 (e)
 Install the guide (10) with the washers (11), the pin (8) and the retaining ring (9) at the bearing flange assy (7).

 (7)
 If it was necessary to remove the hinges (18) and (19), install them as follows:

 (a)
 Make sure that the support fitting assemblies (6) are clean and in the correct condition.

 (b)
 Install the hinges (18) and (19) with the pins (4) and the retaining rings (5) at the support fitting assemblies (6).

 (c)
 Connect the spring bolt assembly with the pin (3) and the retaining ring (14).

(5) Put the bonding strap (6) on the upper hinge (3) and attach it with the bolt (1), the washer (7) and the nut (8) (Ref.  (1) Carefully close and lock the access door (2).

 (2) Measure the contour offset between the access door (2) and the panel 197BB.
 NOTE : The permitted contour offset is max. 1.5 mm (0.0590 in.) into____ wind or out of wind.
 (3) If necessary, adjust contour offset as follows:
 (a) If required, remove the access panel 197BB (Ref. TASK 53-35-13-000-002).
 (b) Loosen the screws (31).
 (c) Adjust the latch hook (30) until the correct
 (d) Tighten the screws (31).
 (e) If removed, install the access panel 197BB (Ref. TASK 53-35-13-400-002).
 (4) Make sure that the gap between access door (2) and the panel 197BB is correct.
 NOTE : The gap on the hinge side can be between 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.)____ and 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.). The gap on the other sides can be between 1.0 mm (0.0393 in.) and 5.0 mm (0.1968 in.).
 (5) Make sure that the access door (2) correctly closed and locked.
