(b) Remove the nut (1), the bolt (4), the washer (3), the stirrup (2) and disconnect the cowl stop assembly (5).
R R (c) Remove the nuts (21), the washers (20) and the bolts (22) that attach the fitting (6) to the bracket (23).
CAUTION : DO NOT REMOVE THE BOLTS WHICH ATTACH THE FITTING TO THE_______ FWD PYLON-TO-ENGINE ATTACH FITTING. REMOVE THE NUTS ONLY. - IF YOU REMOVE THE BOLTS, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BORES.
R (d) Remove the nuts (10) and the fitting (6).
(2) Remove the fitting (12).
(a) Remove the nut (15) and the bolt (13) to disconnect the tube end (14) from the fitting (12).
(b) Remove the nut (16), the bolt (19), the washer (18), the stirrup (17) and disconnect the cowl stop assembly (5).
R R (c) Remove the nuts (26), the washers (25) and the bolts (24) that attach the fitting (12) to the bracket (23).
CAUTION : DO NOT REMOVE THE BOLTS WHICH ATTACH THE FITTING TO THE_______ FWD PYLON-TO-ENGINE ATTACH FITTING. REMOVE THE NUTS ONLY. - IF YOU REMOVE THE BOLTS, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BORES.
R (d) Remove the nuts (11) and the fitting (12).

(1) Make sure that the access platform is in position. R (2) Make sure that the warning notice(s) is(are) in position.
(3) Make sure that the thrust reversers are unserviceable (Ref. TASK 78-30-00-481-041).

A. Installation of the Fittings (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 54-57-17-991-001)
(1) Install the fitting (6).
(a) Put the fitting (6) in position and install the nuts (10).
R R (b) Install the bolts (22), the washers (20) and the nuts (21) to attach the fitting (6) to the bracket (23).
R (c) Put the cowl stop assembly (5) in position.
R (d) Install the stirrup (2), the bolt (4), the washer (3) and the nut (1).
R (e) Install the bolt (9) and the nut (7) to connect the tube end (8) to the fitting (6).
R (f) Tighten the nuts (1) and (7).
R (g) TORQUE the nuts (10) to between 14 and 16 m.daN (103.24 and 117.99 lbf.ft).
(2) Install the fitting (12).
(a) Put the fitting (12) in position and install the nuts (11).
